The series is the same format as the previous one with 10 episodes.
Next week is the remaining 4 teams cut down to 3.
The 4th to 6th episodes has the other set of 6 teams cut down to 3.
7th episode brings the surviving 6 teams together.
1 team thrown out for each of the 7th, 8th and 9th episodes leaving 3 going through the the final 10th episode.

First round tonight is a secret recipe challenge. Something to do with a sharing dessert with chocolate and matcha tea.

The second round could be spectacular as it's firework themed with moving parts and featuring chocolate entremets( multi-layered with mousse).

Which of the four teams will be the damp squibs.
