Grandkids love ice cream

I used to .....I don’t know whether it’s the coldness or what , but my tummy doesn’t like it these days

I can only eat it when things are “under control”

High fat dairy is a big trigger.

I buy ready rolled puff pastry

I might put some frozen on my shopping list this week....

I find it better than the blocks

I won’t be able to put anything in it , but I could sprinkle it with sugar and bake it

We had a lovely salmon and prawn salad platter yesterday (from Costco)

I was going to have it today ...but firstly my gd stayed longer than I expected ....then I had the fridge drama ....so I just had ham sarnies

Rinse your rice several times in cold water before cooking, as it has arsenic in it

I never knew that

Saw a programme about it a couple of years ago. Even baby rice can have arsenic in it!

Good grief

It’s naturally occurring but rinsing the rice in cold water removes the arsenic
