Wanting to transfer ownership of property from my mum to me.

Called a solicitor for help cos the paperwork seems quite complex

No wonder people break the law when it's the law blatantly ripping you off from the start!!

Disgraceful Sainty

Everything legal carries a massive fee for little actual work and maybe not that much expertise.  It's a closed shop in a way that is no longer allowed in most industries.  Many MPs are drawn from the legal profession so naturally want to protect that closed shop. They're vipers!  In around 8 years all this stuff will be done by artificial intelligence.  There's going to be a massacre of middle and upper-middle-class jobs.

Carole Malone.

Get her up.  Loudmouth apoligizer.

On the morning of Diana’s death Carole malone wrote a scathing article about Diana, full of nastiness and vitriol, she apologised the following Sunday and second editions removed her column (but outside of London we only got the original)

I've probably got on my soapbox before about this but can I add the overuse of the word "Guru"?  My local newspaper described local driving instructors complaining about a new bypass as "driving gurus".  Driving instructors are only "gurus" to learner drivers! People who can actually drive, couldn't care less about what they think!

My first (pretty rubbish) driving instructor used to puff on a ***** cigar while instructing me.  Second-hand smoke cancer guru, maybe but "driving guru", Nah!

There being an 'app' for everything!  I want to do something that will be a 0.02% influence on my life like Tesco Club Card Points or Ring security.  Ok, I get that these things provide a helpful service but back in bygone days, if you knew how to use Windows, Word and Excel then you were "IT literate", now you have to navigate yourself around endless narrow purpose badly designed apps and their settings which may or may not provide the outcome you want.

Our increasingly hysterical society - everything is a drama and a crisis

It's breeding a culture of fear and distrust - in other words ... subtle control.

Constant soundbite reporting even in the BBC - making claims, increasingly not backed up with any facts.

I blame East Enders - we seem to need to live a crisis lifestyle to say we're interesting. Everything needs to be a drama

Almost all the over 70's where i live have ventured out in their cars or walking despite medical advice to stay at home.

Our next door neighbour was chatting to another 80+ neighbour in the street,

"There saying over 70's should isolate"

Our neighbour,

"Well i'm the main driver (she's not the only driver in her house) and it only refers to people at risk"

She has diabetes and her husband has COPD and is literally at deaths door.

Beggars belief

Question ... Have you seen the Colgate toothpaste advert recently?

Well, they described on of it's properties as providing 360° protection !!!

What the hell does that mean? A tooth is not a round ball hovering above the gum line.

Someone needs to call them out on this publically.
