Bumping for tonight.
Format as previous series starting with the infamous Skills Test. 3 of the first batch of contestants are faced with Monica's challenge and the other 3 with Marcus's. I think Monica's challenge could panic some of the contestants unless they have the necessary experience. If they don't, the result could be inedible. Marcus's seems more likely to produce edible results. Then the 6 have their own Signature Dish. As before, 3 go home, the others to the quarter-final on Thursday.
