I've been talking to Veggie on FB today and she asked me to pass this on to you all.

Sadly our old forum mate Suzi Q died of pancreatic cancer last Friday.  I know you will all remember her election night spoofs (truly hilarious), her pro/anti Carole groups.....not to mention her stuff on Harry Potter.  She was funny, clever but could hold her own in a serious topic.  A giant of a forum mate and I couldn't be sorrier to bring you all such sad news.

Rest in peace Suzi ~ you will be sorely missed.

Stickied for her funeral today at 13:30pm, please all take a moment to remember a lost forum member and send healing thoughts to her husband Stuart and loved ones

such a shame .  condolences to her family

Yes she did, and she was winning that battle.  In the last year or so she no longer needed to go for dialysis and her kidneys seemed to be improving all of the time.  Makes it seem even sadder that after fighting and winning her kidney battle she gets dealt cancer.

Thanks Cinds. I'd love to read it if it's out there. I really am very upset. She was so stoical and made me feel like a wuss, but at the same time kept me going in a sort of 'other people have problems too' way. I will never forget the scripts on eviction night, I was looking forward to them more than the eviction.
