It`s miserable having a cold Renton.
Menthol crystals in a bowl of hot, towel over your head and breathe in.
It helps clear the blockage.

May I suggest also attacking birch trees with small thermonuclear devices?
Their pollen causes similar symptoms to those described by Renton including oddly enough ears, as well as nose throat and eyes.
