I see a full lockdown on the horizon

Yeah, if Boris says it'll be a disaster and they'll do EVERYTHING to avoid it, you can bet it's already on it's way!

Just like they 'avoided' several thing that eventually came to pass.

Make that three, although I didn’t panic buy but I am a little now because I think lockdown is inevitable and I don’t want to be so reliant on family again

Next door neighbour (84yrs old) found a dead pigeon in her garden yesterday

This morning she asked her next door neighbour (79yrs old and diabetic) to have a look and move it

Thus breaking the news Gov ruling

Now - do i dob them in and gain them a £10,000 fine?

A honest opinion in this case...no...

Blackpool crowds ignore Covid 'last blast' warning

                                         --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As soon as there were warnings about NOT having a 'last fling', you knew it was going to happen SOMEWHERE, if not necessarily EVERYWHERE!

Jeez what is wrong with people?

Round them all up and corral them somewhere, let them all infect each other and they can moan to each other about how awful it is. Don't let them out until we have a vaccine and/or efficient drugs. Younger children can be exempt, because they have to go where their parents tell them, they have little choice!

Apart from the question of reporting them.........as far as I understand the fines start at £1,000 and rise to £10,000 for repeat offences.

My feelings exactly EFFT

It should have been RULES right from the start, not guidence. Over the years we have seen plenty of instances where a large proportion of the public don't care or can't be bothered, about a lot of things!

Agree - it's all been far too wishy-washy. When the advice in Scotland is different I tend to mistrust our own advice.

Rules apply to homes but not to restaurants and pubs ... because of ££££

Some people are bound to 'bend' the advice when the Gov is blatantly doing it

You can't see your mum in the garden, but say you'll meet her down the pub and you aren't breaking the rules....bonkers

Not sure about that! If you're in an area where households can't meet in the garden, then I think they can't meet in the pub either. You can SEE her at the pub but you would have to be at socially distant tables.

Very random decision that - Lancs. is massive yet let's keep Blackpool mostly open. Add that up.

@machel Oh heck Machel....I hope you’re ok .... I think your temp would need to be over 38 degrees before it counts as a fever
