Went for my diabetic eye screening test today,  usually appointments are 10 minutes apart, this time 30 minutes! Only the higher at risk were given appointments and today was the first day since lockdown. I was lucky to get my appointment but what about all the others who need one?  from 6 an hour to 2 is a lot  to miss out

Glad you got yours Machel But yes , getting an optician,  or dentist,  appointment in the future is going to be very hit and miss .....and I think quite a few will go out of business

More places on lockdown as more businesses open up, can someone please explain the logic?

Ask Sir David King

Or whack a mole. Take your pick.

Logic and this govt. is an oxymoron. Still, immigrants.

China for the win if that means no Trump - and I don't care that his mum was a Scot!

The bottom line is the West have been caught with their pants down

It’s a right mess Machel ...and it’s going to get worse before it gets better imo

I just despair,  what good is a local lockdown of businesses if the residents just go elsewhere?  thousands will travel to the east coast this summer,  I have no optimism left 😢

It's called a global pandemic and it's beyond risk.

Dreamers don't get that and feck business unless you're contributing

Yes, I wear a mask too .....went out without one the first time I went for a walk a week or so ago .....but only got a few yards up the road cos someone was on the opposite path , so I fled back home again  ! I d feel safer with the mask on .....but still don’t go too far ....and give anyone out there a very ,very wide berth ! Still can’t pluck up courage to go into the local shop though

The thing is not to venture into shops unless you really need too Bazzy. No point in putting yourself at any unnecessary risk
