From what I understand of the rules and regs of this election is that candidates need 100+ nominations to go through to the next round.  Presumably one of them could get enough to mean that the other two can’t get to the 100 mark and therefore  be declared the outright winner by Monday.  So one possible scenario is that those MPs that are horrified by the prospect of the return of the disgraced Johnson, even though they might prefer Mordaunt, will bite the bullet and vote for Sunak

Last Friday my daughter went up to London by trainâ€Ķ..as she was crossing the concourse a gentleman and his daughter walking in front of her. The man suddenly collapsed banging his head on the tiles, blood all over the place. My daughter rang 999 and asked for an emergency ambulanceâ€Ķ..nobody from the service answered the phone.

three transport police meanwhile stood around doing nothingâ€Ķ..so my daughter went into a major hissyâ€Ķ.asking them if they could stir themselves and do something, like put a tannoy out for help or perhaps ring 999 themselves to get an answer. Eventually one of the police said there was a paramedic on the premisesâ€Ķbut it hadn’t entered their heads to call him. Meanwhile the man was bleeding heavily and unconscious, his daughter was having a meltdown. They finally contacted the paramedic and he came straight away â€Ķ..20 minutes had been wasted.

You’d think on a large station complex a tannoy for someone with medical experience  at least would have been commonsenseðŸĨ°ðŸĨ°ðŸĨ°
