Good evening all
the forum wouldn't take my post earlier today.

thanks for the Chantelle piccies.

Emptybox
Yes, how nice Chantelle looks in that lovely yellow frock, and I so like her hair colour in that same piccy.  I reckon she probably isn't smiling because it is just a snap rather a posed piccy.
Does anyone know if she has a fella now?

Hicky
Emptybox was just joking about the HIcky family all parading down the prom with matching Hicky pics on their T shirts. I least I think he was.

Emptybox...Glad it was dry for you to get some gardening done yesterday. Well it is definately not saltry here tonight now, the wind seems to of turned a lot colder now.
Did you get any work done today, or did you scive again , looking for nice piccies like that last one of Chantelle?

Yes my friend enjoyed visiting for capaccino. I certainly get my use from my coffee maker.
So it was your turn for haggis last night Emptybox? I bet you enjoyed that.

We have been out to the Harvester for dinner tonight, the early bird menu is good value. Lovely salad cart too with fresh baked bread rolls. I had a nice spiced lentil and sweet potato veggie burger with jacket potato. Very nice.

Hicky
Gosh your Morrisons sounded busy yesterday, shame you missed out on your brekkie there. I wonder if that is Kerry's own dog or a friends?
Sounds like you have been enjoying your fish you got from Costcos.

It was pouring with rain in the middle of the day today, but cleared up by dinner time, so we were still able to take the dog a walk in the dry.
Not much on tv tonight, think I will watch some of my Coach Trip recordings.

Yes Emptbox the election interviews did get boring last night, again I found watching the worm of it more interesting than the actual interviews. By next Thrusday I think we are all going to be tearing our hair out with the over coverage of politics.

Roll on BB10, for a bit of light relief,  I say.
M
Evening Mollie and Hicky.

I didn't skive off today Mollie, but we had some heavy showers, so I didn't get everything I wanted done. And the grass I did get cut was soaking wet, so it made the job all the more difficult.
Unfortunately the little period of warm weather has made the grass shoot up now, so I've got to keep on top of it.

Yes, I enjoyed my haggis Mollie. You should try it.
Or, on second thoughts, maybe not.
Glad you enjoyed your Harvester meal.

Swordfish steak sounds like an unusual brekkie Hicky, but I have occasionally enjoyed a kipper for breakfast. Not for a while though.

I think we are heading for a hung parliament Mollie. Which will probably send the financial markets into freefall?
emptybox
Evening Mollie,

Will ask Chantelle if she's got a feller yet.
Sent her another Avatar pic to use on twitter, sent some but she doesn't like them, they are beautiful ones of her as well.

Finished that Swordfish off today, and a couple of big prawns, gace some to one of my Lads.
It was my Lad in Oz's Birthday Yesterday, thin he's moving to Darwin this weekend as well.

Your Harvester meal sounds OK, always nice to eat out now and again.

I potted some crab leg meat yesterday, O'H tried it earlier and liked it, so she ate the dish ful on a sandwich.
I've made a load more now, so have another 3 pots, I added a little pepper and used the unsalted butter.
These latest legs don't seem as salty as the last lot.

Not bad for me though, off for 5 days this week.

Have a good weekend anyway, I'll be on most of the time anyway.
Hicky
Evening.
Wet this morning, or I might have got some work done.

Just did the normal Saturday things, plus I re-potted some of my tomato seedlings and put them in the greenhouse.
I've kept some indoors, just incase it's too early, and they get killed by frost.
It's still only a few degrees above zero on some nights.

Watched Dr Who earlier, but there's not much else on tonight.

Hope you are both having a good weekend.
emptybox
Good evening all
I couldn't get on here at all yesterday. It said some sort of error.

Emptybox
hope it doesn't stay wet too long and make you behind workwise. I know it is horrible cutting wet lawns.
glad you enjoyed your haggis. Yes as you guessed, not for me now I have given up meat, since we got the dog. I am not missing meat at all because there is lots of other foods I like. But my family eat some meat. Mainly chicken.

I don't think the financial markets will go into freefall solely because of a hung parliment, because they have probably factored it in.  However I think there are big problems looming with the huge deficit we have.... Greece, Portugal, Spain, then us, do you reckon? I bet it will be some time after the election that the truth of what a mess we are in surfaces. I was advised to put some of our house deposit money into gold a while ago. Unfortutely I was too nervous to put much into it, but what we did buy has gone up lots. We nearly put some into Ozzy dollars , shame we didn't because sterling has plumetted.
Good idea to keep your tomato seedlings protected, it does seem to of gone a lot cooler again.

Hicky
I hope your lad enjoyed his birthday, and that his move went well. Has he found a place to rent, or is he just staying in a hotel till he finds somewhere? Sounds like your OH really enjoyed your potted crab leg meat, good job you made some more, but I bet she will be asking you to do some more again.   How are you going to ask Chantelle if she has a fella?

Today we had brekkie in Asda, I had hash brown, toast , beans, tomato, mushrooms. and a capcinno. Very nice. And we took the dog a walk down the seafront when we dropped son off at drama. It was lovely on the seafront, nice and cool, good walking weather,  I have dug my coat out again.   Not many people there, most people seem to prefer going there when it is out.
Daughter is making a new recipe tonight, peanut butter cupcakes. Yummy.

Hope you are both enjoying this bank hol weekend. OH off tommorrow, horray..
M
Hi Mollie.

He had a good Birthday, had already had a leaving farewell party.
He Moves to Darwin tomorrow well his flight is.

The company find him a place for a month then he gets his own.

I can ask Chantelle on twitter anytime, she might not answer though.

Your Asda brekkie sounded good.
Peanut butter cup cakes, that's a new one.

Might go into Wales tomorrow if the weather is OK, O/H working till 10am but could go later.
Hicky
Evening Mollie and Hicky.

Very cold here today, but dry.
I got my own grass cut this afternoon, but there wasn't much to take off. It looks tidier though.
I also sowed some peas and some lettuce seeds in the garden.

I'm rather pessimistic about the financial situation Mollie.
As you say, after the election, I think it will emerge that our debt crisis is much worse than has been admitted to so far.

How did you invest in gold? Did you physically buy some, or did you invest in a fund?
I'm kind of relying on spreading my investments widely, so I've got European funds and Far East funds, as well as UK ones. Wether that'll prove to be any protection is yet to be seen?
I've still got over half of my investments in deposit funds, so they should be safe, even if the interest rates aren't up to much at the moment.

Bet it was bracing on the sea-front?
I have set my heating so it only comes on between 8pm and midnight, but I was shivering here in the early evening.

I'm sure your lad will do well in Darwin Hicky. An exciting time for him.

I've never quite trusted those electric razors that you can wash out. My Dad had one, so I'm sure they're safe, but I prefer to stick to the dry ones.
Mind you, having a beard, I only need a razor to tidy up round the edges.

I'm just going to work as normal tomorrow (weather permitting), so it's not a holiday weekend for me.
emptybox
Hi Emptybox.
Had a good day really, thanks to SatNav.
Went to the coast, North West Wales, so busy, went through east resort, couldn't even park, bedlam, never seen anything like it.
For about 15 or twenty miles it was just cars parked up, and amusements set up all over the place, even closing off main roads, of course it was awful to get back again.
But with the SatNav you just tell it the roads blocked and it takes you round.
Went along a toll road at the side of a Mountain, Great Orme I think, one way and cut out of the Mountain side, a nice Cafe half way so stopped for a cake and cupa.

The Razor is a low voltage rechargeable one and you just rinse the head which I couldn't do with the last one.
I can't remember when I last used a wet razor, can't stand them.

A short week again, but I'm working Tuesday and Thursday this week.
Hicky
Good evening all
Hicky
hope your lads move went well, and that he settles in well up there in the tropics.
If you drove by the Great Orme, sounds like you went to Llandudno then? We know that area well, because my OH is from there.Shame it was so busy. Thank goodness you had the sat nav to help out with all the traffic chaous. What did you do there?  Did you go on the cable car up the Great Orme? It is so pretty there.

Emptybox
Glad to hear you got your garden and seeds sorted yesterday. Good job you are pretecting them from the frost, I just saw the forecast, and they say it will be cold tonight with some frosts.
We just have some physical gold coins, not a fund, and nothing in stocks, because I don't know enough about that. The gold coins look lovely, and even more so, because they have gone up so much since we got them.  But of course, they could go down too.
This site is quite good for discussing various investments, and where I read about gold....
http://www.greenenergyinvestor...dex.php?showforum=24

Good idea at the moment to go for safety with your investments right now.
I read somewhere that the UK markets are opening at 1am on Friday 7 May, so they can react quickly to the election.
I bet you will need your heating on again tonight if it is as cold as they say it is going to be.

Hope they don't work you too hard tommorrow HIcky.

Hope you both enjoyed your bank hol Monday.
We went swimming this morning, so that was nice.

Joanna Lumley on the nile was good again today. I enjoyed the whole series of that.

good night all
M
Evening.

It was a bit showery today, so I didn't work after all, but i caught up with my ironing and hoovering.

Thanks for the link Mollie, I'll have a look at that.
I'll bet the markets are just waiting for the chance to plunge downwards.
(You'll have gathered by now that I'm a bit of a pessimist. )

It was cold again today, but not quite as cold as Sunday. I turned my heating on at 6pm this time though. Didn't see why i shouldn't be comfortable.
I think the temp last night went down to 1 degree above freezing. It's a balmy 2 degrees right now.
It's set to get warmer from tomorrow though.

Hicky. that traffic sounds like a nightmare. You probably chose the wrong day to go.
The mountain road sounds really picturesque though.
The sat-nav seems a real boon. I'll have to spur meself into getting one.
emptybox
Good Morning Mollie & Emptybox.

Think my Lad should have moved now, he has sold some of his stuff and will buy new in Darwin. They are giving him transport so he should be OK to get around up there. My O/H chats to him most mornings anyway, so she keeps up to speed.

Yes Mollie, we went quite a way along the coast, and you can go to a place by finding it onthe SatNav map, it's like on the computer google maps with the SatNav being a touch screen you can find anything and it takes you there.

It seemed a long way on this Toll Road around the Orme, and later on we could see the cable cars going up in the distance.

We had stopped at a Little Chef on the way for Brekkie, it was very nice as well, very pleased.

Sorry to hear the weather wasn't so good for you Emptybox, you are defo living in the wrong place up there.
It's great fun using the SatNav though, she keeps saying things when we divert off the route, trying to get us back on, but then alters the route again to the way we are going and remaps it.
Hicky
Good morning all

Hicky
how is work, are you very busy today? Did you get canteen brekkie?
Yes the sat navs are good, my OH has one, it is handy for traffic jams so you can go the back way round. I think that if often the prettiest way round too, I bet you had a nice drive down the toll road.
It is good that your OH gets to chat to your lad each day. When does he start the new job? I guess he wil be busy looking for somewhere suitable to live now.

Emptybox
Yes, as Hicky says, shame you didn't get the good weather there over the weekend. Hope it is drier for you today, so you can get those lawns mowed. Ours has grown quickly too, I might try and give it a mow later today.
The state of finance in the UK at the moment is one thing I don't blame you being pessimestic about at the moment. Let's hope you don't lose too much on the markets after the election, but as you have invested for the long term, hopefully you will eventually make it back again.
It was only plus 1 degree this morning here too today. I haven't put the heating back on, but i have dug out my warm fleece again.
And I hear the volcano dust is coming close by again.
Fingers crossed the dust keeps away from Hicky's flight route when he is due to go.

time to get the washing out in the sun.
have a good day all.
M
Good evening all
Hicky
glad you weren't too busy at work today.
is it a day off tommorrow?

I managed to cut the grass front and back, so was quite pleased. I don't mind doing it if it is not too hot, and fortunately we had a lovely cooling breeze today.

what date do you go on holiday? I know it is not long now till you do.

couldn't find anything to watch on tv tonight.
so spent my time browsing the net tonight.

goodnight all
M
Good morning all
no Hicky yet, so looks like a day off for him. Hope you have a good one Hicky.

Emptybox
glad the weather didn't hold you up yesterday, I know how busy you are at this time of year.Hope you can get out again today.
Yes indeed, I see on Bloomberg tv, that stocks are down again already this morning. Looks like it is the Greek contagion spreading, because obviously its not the election, as we don't have the results yet. At least it is not as bad as it was in 2008 though.

Another nice and cool sunny morning here today.
I have lots of paperwork to do because it is the end of the vat period.

have a good day.
M
No Hicky today?
Did you have a busy day Hicky?
I don't expect Emptybox has called in yet, (bit early for him)...

voting day tommorrow....should be interesting this year. Anyone staying up late to see some results come in?

I have changed my mind quite a few times on who to vote for this year.
It is more a matter of who I DON'T want to get in, as to who I DO want to get in.

Goodnight all
M
Hi Mollie & Emptybox.

My Holiday starts at the end of the month, 28th, might miss the start of BB11 but hope not.

Not too nice today, did go tot the shop for some Orange Juice, O/H cooked some Pork, lovely crackling as well.

Bought some more map updates for TomTom. and a Simpson's voice over which should be a laugh.

Am going to start getting away for day trips more when the nice weather arrives.

Work in the morning anyway.
Hicky
Hi Mollie and Hicky.
Not too nice here either.

I can definitely see myself staying up for a while tomorrow night.
I'm the same Mollie, I couldn't make up my mind for ages. I've plumped for one now.

I went out to buy New mag, because there's an interview with Chanelle in it.
Here's a recent pic of her.

Think she's due in July or August?

Is it easy to update the maps in your TomTom Hicky?
I guess it would be important to keep those up to date?
emptybox
Good morning all
Very wet here today.

Hicky
that will be a shame if you miss launch night of BB. Are you away for a week? If you are, you might not miss it, because I think it started in June last time. The Simpsons voice over for the sat nav sounds fun, we got the Ozzie Osbourne one, which we have to be careful of because of the language.   I think we may get the simpsons one, the family would like that. Where did you get if from Hicky?
Glad you enjoyed your pork that your OH made.
Yes Hicky, days out are great fun. Just make sure you avoid busy motorways when the schools break up for summer. The M5 heading to south coast, not far from us usually tails back about 10 miles on Saturdays.

Emptybox
did you get any of your gardens done today or yesterday? Looks like a lot of places (including here) have had rain.

As you know I am not a fan of Chanelle's but I think she does look very pretty in that pic, and what a lovely colour dress on her. Is she married/engaged now to the father of the babe? (don't even know who her fella is). Hopefully now she has chosen motherhood, and is in a stable relationship, she has matured, because I thought she was very immature in the house. As a new mum, you need the patience of a saint, especially in the middle of the night.

I think my OH updates his maps for his sat nav on the internet.

I have loads of business stuff to sort today...vat, business insurance etc...
do you walk to your polling place Emptybox?
Are you voting too Hicky?
I wonder if it being a wet day affects turnout?
We hope to walk to ours if it is not pouring.
My mum took a postal vote this year, incase she didn't feel up to walking.
it took me ages to try and tell her who was who on the form.
M
Hi Mollie.
Pouring with rain here as well.

I'll probably go and vote in a bit, but the polling station is 2Â― miles away, so I'll certainly go in the car, in this weather.

I also need to go and get a couple of new tyres for the car, before it's MoT later in the month, so I might do that today as well, if it stays wet. They'll probably need to order them anyway.
I've also got accounts and invoices to do as well.

No, Chanelle isn't married or engaged. She was in a relationship with some footballer, but when she fell pregnant he scarpered.
But she thinks becoming a mum will be the making of her.
Mature? Well she seems to have been hanging around with Jack Tweed (Mr Goody) of late, so I'm not sure how mature that is?
Still, as you say, it's a nice dress.
emptybox
Hello to Mollie & Emptybox.

Lovely pic of Chanelle.

I update the SatNav with TomTom and get voices from them as well, and other maps.

It plugs into the Computer to update etc.

Doesn't seem a bad day here today.

I'm not very busy as well.

I voted using the postal vote, easier than going to a booth.

Just chatting on the Twitter, great fun.
Hicky
Well, I went out and got my tyres. Luckily they had the right ones in stock, so they just fitted them and I came out ÂĢ200 lighter.

Don't think I'd like a postal vote Hicky. If you could vote online I might do that, but I quite like going to the polling station, and putting the slip in the black box myself. That way I know it's been counted.
Not that there's much excitment in a rural polling station. It's usually just you there. But you kind of feel part of the day.
emptybox
Hi Emptybox.

It's a long time since I bought tires for a car, I don't seem to wear these down, mind you they are big, not sure how long i've had the Landrover but they seem the same as when I got them, mind you I used to do 25,000 miles a year, don't do that now.

Not sure how much the tires would be anyway, probably depends on the type and size and make.

I'm not bothered about going to the voting room, it's only 100 meters to mine but it takes at least 5 minutes, could be doing a meal in that time.

It's not been very busy for me at work, it is for everyone else as we've got over a ÂĢ1m worth of work, but we've given the software I used to do to another company to do, mind you it's different as it's a new model of car and the software used is not the same as I used to do, it's another language so to speak for a different Logic Controller.

I see the Election is taking over a few stations tonight, from 9pm till 1am, but the Alternative show on C4 at 9 should be funny, with Jimmy Carr and a gang of others.
That's more my style.
Hicky
Hi Hicky.
Yeah, the wider the tyre, and the lower the profile, the more it costs. Also big 4x4 tyres cost more as well.
These were Pirellis, which are quite a good make, so I don't think the price was out of the way.

The car is 6 years old, and I think these are the original tyres? Which would mean they had done 38,000 miles. My Dad had to replace the back ones last year, so these were the front ones.

So does that mean you're not indispensible at work any more. If they've got another company in to do the car moving software? Takes the pressure of you a bit anyway. If you wanted to retire.

The rain stopped at about 3pm, but the grass would have been soaking wet, so I didn't go out in the end. Although there's a wee bit sunshine now.
Might have a look at the Jimmy Carr prog, if the election coverage isn't rivetting?
emptybox
Good evening all

Emptybox
did you get your invoicing done? I only did a bit of our paperwork, but at least I did some.
ÂĢ200 for tyres... running a car now certainly doesn't come cheap,, does it?
I too like to put my form in the black box. we had a nice walk to the polling staion with the dog, but she didn't vote, because she is only 4. Luckily the heavy rain didn't start till we got home.

Chantelle got herself pregnant without a steady relationship, and is now seeing Jack Tweed. Sounds like she still has a lot of growing up to do. But as you say, she does look pretty in that piccy. Lovely hair colour, but I would say that because it is similiar to mine.

Hicky
Glad to hear you are still having fun on Twitter.   Thanks for the hint about Jimmy Carr, think I will tune into that tonight.
at you not wasting 5 mins meal cooking time to go voting. Or perhaps you are not as silly as me and Emptybox who both rnjoy popping the form into the black box.
Is it a good thing or a bad thing if work is quiet for you at the moment? ie...good as you get to rest a bit, or bad as in no work means maybe less hours, so less  money?

Emptybox...
I wonder what the markets are going to do in a few hours when they open at 1am?  Should be interesting, did you see the DOW just dropped a lot on high volume? I wonder how they will be affected by the election result? I don't have anything invested in any stocks, but I do like to follow the markets. Dates back to my HNC ecomonics days.
I am going to stay up as late as possible to follow the results, and Jimmy Carr too.

wonder how late you 2 will stay up to watch?
M
Hi Mollie.

I got my invoicing done, but my accounts will have to wait.

I'm very concerned about the markets. I think that when the London market opens tomorrow, that it will try to follow the Dow down.
I'm convinced these brokers just love shouting. "Sell! Sell! Sell!".
I don't think it's the Stockmarket opening at 1am? I think it's just the gilt and bonds market, according to this link.
http://www.moneymarketing.co.u...tion/1011149.article

I'll probably stay up till 2am, which is a bit later than usual.
Hopefully the trend will be obvious by then, but looks like there'll be political chaos here for a few days/weeks till someone forms a government.

HNC Economics eh?
I've only got a Higher Economics, which is roughly equivalent to an A level, so I can't really compete.
I don't remember much of it though.
emptybox
Hi Emptybox
Glad to hear you got your invoicing done.
Thanks for the link..Sorry, my mistake, so it is the gilts market opening.
Well what a farce this election is already, what a cheek, some get there ages before 10pm, then they wont let them vote because they are stuck in a queue. But then other places stay open late, and some even run out of forms.   Imo if they are there before 10pm, they should let them vote. Not the voters fault if they don't have enough staff or forms.

I did HNC business studies, but ecomonics was the main subject, accounts the other main one I did.
Am starting to feel tired now, but cant resist watching a bit more.

Saw some of Jimmy Carr... he was funny, but I didn't find the other comedian so funny.

Emptybox... the investors are saying buy some silver now gold is so high. Never bought any myself before , but will look into it.

Are you still watching tv Hicky?
M
Yes it's scandalous that some people were denied a vote.
And there'll likely be repurcussions.
Mind you, bet those same people never traipse out at 9.30pm again, for a future election.
Having said that, I hear that in some places there were queues all day.

When I voted there was nobody else around, apart from the 2 girls behind the counter.

Yes I noticed that gold was very high. You'd have to buy a lot of silver coins to make up the same value though. Might have more trouble hiding those from any thieves?

Did you buy online?
I'd be grateful of a link to a trusted site.
There were some on that link you gave me before, but not sure which one would be best.
emptybox
Good morning all
bit dull here today, and feels cooler.
Hope it is dry enough for you to do gardens Emptybox.
Day off today Hicky?
My OH's half day today, we may go to the shops , don't think it will be nice enough to go walk on the coast with dog.

I dragged all the bin bags out this morning, then saw not many neighbours bins were out... so had to drag them all back again because I remembered it was bank hol, so they dont' collect today. And I had to scoop back all the rubbish into the bin bags that the damn seagulls had taken out. The seagulls are huge here now, bigger than the dog, it must be all the food they nick out of the bin bags.  My dog sits in the window growling at them while they nick stuff from the bin bags.

Emptybox, didn't know some queued all day!  Very unfair. If polling staff are to be so strict with times, but you have actually arrived at the voting place before 10pm, then you should be able to at least get some sort of slip to enable you to lodge your vote. Blooming riduculous if you can't. Like you, there was no queue in the village we go to vote in. Just a few people coming and going.

I ordered my coins by phone, just gave bank card number, and they check price, and tell you what they have in stock, so you can choose. I think some gold coins are in short supply now, but as I said gold too high now, so I am not buying. (although of course you never know if it will go up or down)..You can buy coins online with some suppliers, but must only use repuatable suppliers, some on ebay can be dodgy I believe.
I will look up the link I used and give it you.
If you buy over ÂĢ5,000 worth of coins, you need to provide ID.
As you say though, silver much harder to store, as they are only about ÂĢ20 an ounce. Not sure how much those security boxes in banks are. So not sure whether to buy a little, or not. Might buy a few silver coins as extra insurance against currency. .

How complicated are these election results?
Only politics could think of a system where a winner could be the loser...
And the loser could be a winner.
But what matters most is how good you are at managing  to creep to your "new found pals" on the opposite parties to form an alliance, if you are either the winner wanting to be the winner, or the loser wanting to be the winner.

Hi Mollie & Emptybox.

Strange about the Election voting problems, didn't have those with postal vote.
Strange how Cleg's vote evaporated wasn't it?.

Went to Birkenhead this morning with O/H, got a few goodies from M&S, just a bit of crab and egg mayo and some fish, trout fillets.

Pity Cam didn't get the majority but think Labour planned that, bad losers.
Hicky
Hicky
Glad to hear you are all stocked up on yummies from M and S.
We are planning on going to Cardiff tommorrow, so I think I will pop into M and S foodhall.

Yes, very stange how the Nick Clegg voters diappeared, after all that support early on. Yes indeed labour looking like sore losers now. And yes shame Cam just missed out on the majority, the uncertainty is not good for the country (or Emptybox's inverstments!)..Riduclous how Cam got over 2 million more votes than Brown, but still can't take over the governor's job.

Emptybox...I heard a bloke say on the news that the trading markets will want this government sorted by Monday, else they will show their displeasure.

Corrie time for me ... hoooray.
M
Evening.

Well it was dry today, with some sunshine, but it was very blustery and quite cold.
Still, got a full day in anyway.

I see they haven't made any deals yet?
The markets took a tumble, but not by as much as they could have done.
It's early days yet though.

I think the Liberal vote disappeared because people were scared of a hung parliament, and that would have been certain if the Liberals had got a lot of seats.
But we've got a hung parliament anyway, so it didn't make any difference in the end.

We've got a Liberal MP here, and he's not been too bad for the area, so i wasn't too disappointed that he got back in, but i was hoping for a change.
emptybox
Good morning all
Emptybox
Glad the weather enabled you to get a days work in on Friday. Hope you enjoyed your spag bol last night.

Hicky
what are you up to this weekend? Any family visitors?

Had a busy day yesterday... grocery shop for my mum and brekkie in asda in the morning. In the evening we went to Pizza express in Cardiff Bay, because it was one of my lads birthdays, and he likes going there. Had to wait an hour for a table, but the food was yummy. Thank goodness for our Tesco vouchers, they paid most of the ÂĢ90 bill.   I had spinach, goats cheese, and onion pizza, side salad, and shared banoffee desert with the family, and a glass of rose.

I am watching Louis on Skys Pineapple dance programme now, whilst wearing my new green Pineapple hooide, that luckily just goes nicely with my flowery mini skirt. Louis is so funny on this show. Can't believe Pineapple Dance studio has been going for over 30 years now, and still doing so well. Shame, the tv show is the last in the series tonight though, i have really enjoyed it.

Hope you both have a good Sunday.
Its a bit chilly and grey here today. So not sure if we will take dog on seafront when we drop son off for drama today. I will be we. wearing my coat, I know that though. The wind is very bracing on that seafront.
M
Hello Emptybox.

Tried my Homer Simpson voice on the SatNav, he is funny though
Only went to the garden centre for a drive.
On reaching the destination, he said, "I got you here and you never even thanked me" and when I got home he said "You have arrived at your destination, you are a great deiver" or something like that, O/H liked his comments anyway.
