Happy St George's Day to all! 
Difficult one isn't it? There really is no tradition round these parts but I loved the May Day celebrations and of course the miners gala. Up to press one has had to travel to Oxford for May Day but I note posters all over our local park advertising for a May Pole event.
Anyway a happy day to those of you who celebrate St George.

It depends. It's our flag and we can fly it where we like, but I recommend a prison sentence for people who fly them with THE SUN or ENGLAND printed there on.

Lydda is now in Israel. His mother was a Christian from Lydda and his father was a Roman general from Cappadocia in Turkey who had moved to Lydda.

Welcome back SCOTTY
