Many years ago I used to cook steaks and some would ask for it blue...and it was heated through but extremely rare yuck

They get the chance to tweak their dishes a bit before they go in front of the judges Ros

No , two go through to the judges ( 4 of them) table tomorrow , then just one gets picked to go into the final with the winners from all the other regions
