Npower have announced a 5.3% increase from next month - that means everyone else will follow suit. B*s****s

We changed to them last year, so our rate is fixed till October. However, they still bumped up the DD payments in February because we were using more than they anticipated, due to the cold winter.

We’ll be moving when the contract is up, as their customer service is carp.

It’s a big con, Baz, as we’ll use a lot less during the summer months, so the payments we were making would have been more than enough to cover the bills

I wouldn’t move to them .,,heard to many moans about them ....

I'm with them. Every winter they bump up my payments because they have worked out I will use a lot more energy, this year like the last they paid ME back ÂĢ140. So they can't even do the maths.

Now I have noticed they have left my payment up after winter. Monday I will be getting on the phone and asking for all my spare cash back pronto.

I reckon it’s a ploy to get the interest on your money, before they have to refund it.
