High Street retailer British Home Stores (BHS) has gone into administration, putting 164 shops and almost 11,000 jobs at risk.
Administrators will now seek to sell all or part of the 88-year old department store group, although it will continue to trade in the meantime.

First we lose Woolworths, then Binns, then M&S....now it looks like BHS too. This town.......is comin like a ghost town....

Yep ...online is good , but it does mean less footfall in town centres
I often go in to BHS and look around. If I've got money I normally find something to buy
