and skill really - they are very temperamental - got two to germinate but didn't develop

Thing is we interfere with nature all the time …..just planting a tree in your garden is a prime example ….and bonsai are normally grown from a piece of spare bark ….

He needs to keep away from the plastic surgery

yes - took weeks of different temperatures - I got a growing kit last Christmas as a present so decided to have a go it a go

We have tons of dead land near us - it's never done a thing all my life - no farming or people on it

Shame nothing's done with it

Planting a tree is not interfering....it's helping along.
It's when we start trying to alter it's natural growth that is wrong....and putting it in a pot!

Yes, but the tree you are planting probably isn’t a native ….so that’s interfering

I don’t feed them ….I see them on my walk …..although I do have one that occasionally visits my garden

yes  -the school I am in now has a greenhouse and veg patch - mainly used though by ALN pupils
