Sorry EC, I didn’t realise you were watching

I was a bit late to the show.

Woburn Abbey - does it have a safari park too? If so, I think I’ve been there - decades ago.

I would say so, but never been there. Sort of rings a vague bell.

I checked and it’s in Bedfordshire and my in laws lived there for a while, so I am pretty  sure I did go there.

I hate the phrase "ahead of their time".

Are they saying that at that point in time, whatever has been made, discovered etc should not have happened>

Surely someone has to be the first and start something new, which is added to and developed.

While I am on a roll

They have been banging on about England rewriting history. No they are not. They are adding to history, not changing anything that has gone before.

Rant over.

I like fuchsias

Parents had a few of those in their garden. Seemed to be popular in the 80's.

Remind me of my childhood (60’s). A neighbour had a hedge with fuchsias growing through it - very pretty.

I can eat a whole Fry’s Turkish Delight - one of the small ones

Have you tried an M&S Turkish Delight?

I Iove them.

My mint is in a container - it goes wild if you have it in the ground

I should get some mint and plant it in the communal areas where I live and let it go do it's thing.
