My roses have no buds this year  but my hydrangea which has been struggling for a few years has lots of flower heads this year

I found a whole birds wing on my garden today. Ripped completely off  

Second time this week I have found ‘birds parts’ out the back 

Probably not a kitteh. Could be a fox. We do get them occasionally here
