Can you have a raised bed with a base ? Yojknow , can you buy them so all you need to do is fill them ?

I’m not sure Baz. The wooden sides would need to be quite deep if there was a base on them, otherwise there would be no depth to the soil in them.

Mine don’t get raisins ....they have to make do with suet pellets, mixed seed , meal worms , and peanuts  

He must have tens of thousand £s worth of plants in his garden

I do all those, plus niger seed for the goldfinches but, my semi tame blackbird loves raisins 

PB and BB have planted zinnia seeds in little pots, and they’re growing
