This is just the usual journalists trick of being selective with quotes. The entire interview is quite well balanced. And not at all as it's been reported, he also said this (quote off bbc's website) "
"It was a disappointing performance by us, in the first half in particular." United created precious few chances during the match and Ferguson added: "Liverpool created the better chances and I have no complaints. We were not good enough but we will always react to defeat - that is the most important thing about this club."
Yay! the Shakers won again, I told you...I was never worried
I agree about the press they love to twist somethings that are said but ignore all the other stuff but if it's came out of the persons mouth then thats fair enough.
*Gets popcorn*
don't start me off re WHL on Saturday, p*ss poor, I don't wanna hear 'Arry ranting on about bad luck , injuries etc, we were just so poor in too many positions. It's not bad luck if a defender clears a header of the line, it's great defending,
I love LMS' rants on FB during Spurs matches!!She should do a blog!
Yep...am on half term,RZB..but seem to have one health problem after another atm..!
I really didn't see it as bad luck, playing like we did, I think we would have struggled to beat many of the premiership, It just never clicked. I blame Defoe for getting sent off at Pompey, that cost us points on Saturday.
Can't believe Lennon got injured, ankle ligament I heard just hope he's not out for long. Woodgate what a setback for him also.
Oooo you don't sound too impressed with spurs rzb! it was that bad?! I didn't catch much footy over the weekend
X-Factor was a welcome light relief after the footie.
Every cat in my road hid when I got home from the game on Satuday. and I think I heard them sniggering.
WR is back Wednesday
I take it everyones voted for Take That on C4 music greatest pop group ever.
if not, get your votes in.
I totally agree RZB it's not on, the audience booed them again on Xtra Factor and Louis got really lost it, the twins looked like they was about to burst into tears so some of the contestants surrounded them to make sure they was ok. Theres hate campaigns on FB etc, must be hard for their parents to sit through it every week they deserve criticism but this is way OTT.
Btw i've just realised who I think you look like.
Hope everything goes ok Mazzy
lmao rzb don't worry about it - at least you don't keep getting mistaken for Iain Dowie
Catch up is always useful for after also if you prefer to watch the match. Jo Wood went as she finally ended up in the dance off.
