Debris and body parts have been found in the Mediterranean Sea by teams searching for a missing EgyptAir plane, Greek and Egyptian officials say.

If it had just fallen out of the sky, would there be 'body parts'?
Which leads to the awful thought that it sounds like there must have been some sort of explosion!

The answer to that is 'yes' unfortunately 
If there was an explosion it wouldn't have necessarily had to be a bomb either.
If it had been a terrorist bomb, I would have expected some group to take responsibility for it by now.
Even if the plane hadn't exploded mid-air, I'm guessing it might have exploded on impact.
Whatever caused it, it's a tragedy for the families.
