Channel 4 has but I don't think ITV or Channel 5 has.

According to their online TV Guide, C5's programme for tonight is unchanged - although they may simply not have updated the site yet...

From what I've seen on Twitter, there seems to have been some "discussions" over at C4, with several sudden U-turns. As it currently stands, they're showing an hour-long tribute at 4pm and their evening news will be extended, running from 7 to 8.30pm. Apart from that, tonight's programme is unchanged, with Gogglebox at 9pm and the Circle Final at 10pm. Of course that could all change again...

It looks like normal programming on BBC1, BBC2 and ITV has been suspended for the rest of today at the very least...

[Edit]

Going by the BBC's online TV Guide, tonight's schedule on BBC4 is currently unchanged. However; for those in Scotland and Wales, note that normal programming on BBC Scotland, Alba and S4C is also suspended...

The Guide on my TV is showing C5 have revised their programming up till the 5pm News, but no changes beyond that (so far). This is still not being reflected on their online Guide, but as I implied earlier I don't think that's maintained very well...

Note I've edited my earlier post. As it currently stands, I think BBC4 and the Children's channels are the only ones on the BBC that haven't suspended their programming for today...

BBC schedules likely to get changed. A link to their BBC Media Centre page which lists changes made to today's schedule:

At the time of this reply the schedule goes to the early afternoon. Don't be surprised if more changes are made to the rest of today. Schedules are likely to continue to be changed until after the funeral. BBC has a protocol established years ago as to the procedures to follow. That includes suspension of some comedy programmes for instance.

It’s getting ridiculous El....they’ve even messed up Radio 4 extra ! I understand the need for respect , but there is a limit !

By the way, my link above isn't showing updated schedule now.

Thanks for keeping us updated on this, EL. Fortunately I saw your post this morning, but wasn't able to reply immediately.

I'll probably bookmark the Media Centre page anyway for future reference.

Unfortunately, the schedules are still a bit of a mess, and they haven't really been thinking the changes through properly. The 2nd episode of this week's repeated GBM (mains & desserts) was shown as planned on BBC2 at 1pm, but the 1st episode (starters & fish) at 12pm was replaced by Football Focus which was moved from BBC1 - so anyone trying to watch GBM for the first time would be coming in half-way through!

The BBC Media Centre site is of interest as you get an idea as to forthcoming programmes and programmes which have been commissioned.

I thought he was ok despite the racism.  The Duke of Edinburgh Award helped many thousands and watching those old clips from the 50s and 60 he was quite forward-thinking for the day and he did have quite a sense of humour and that I'd never picked up on in his latter years.

The country does tend to go into full-on North Korea mode on big Royal occasions.  So 99 and in quite good health for most of those 99 years is pretty good going for anyone.
