Afternoon DarniesHappy Sunday I had a very bad morning emotionally  .....actually ended up calling my daughter (which is something I try hard not to do ).....but dragged myself to my spa hour and feel a bit better for it . On the plus side , physically I feel much better today ...so,it’s not all doom and gloom chez Baz Sammy is fine ....eating and sleeping for England
