I didn’t dare put my bin out until the dustman arrived ....which is just as well cos when I went into town to post a parcel there were quite a few bins blown over ...some in the road Anyway , I hope it’s calmer where you are

Our pavements are quite wide whereas the road is fairly narrow and a bus runs along it in the daytime, so on the pavement or partially at any rate is a compromise I guess. As long as people don’t have to walk in the road to get around them 🙂
