we found a shop that's quite like superdrug so took a bit time going round that 

she probably is and she isn't!! am sure she'll be glad to be doing something but it's going to be hard trying to learn stuff in another language...I've tried to encourage her as much as possible to learn Spanish and she is trying

An extra chill pill, a massage ( thanks to a lovely , very valued friend...I decided the facial would be a silk purse/ pigs ear ....    , a glass of vino , and the gardener has done a great job tidying up the garden while I was out  , so all in all a better day
