suppose it's a combination of the 2...the work makes me sore...so am trying to get a balance between work and rest and sleep 
i was supposed to be working today but they asked me to swap today for tomorrow so am really looking forward to my day off tomorrow

i need to make an appointment to get another wisdom tooth out and a clean was supposed to do it before christmas but put it off as i started work
i am actually loving it baz...now that i am getting used to it...i am mostly on a morning run on my own at the minute and do the odd double run with another person...i was in the office yesterday and my manager said i got a recommendation from one of my clients 
it's physically hard but last week i did 26 hours so hopefully i can keep it around that and it'll be manageable
