Apart from that , my friend didnāt come round cos she tripped and hurt her elbow , so is in A&E at the moment

Awww ...sorry youāre not 100% No , no cast ...think itās just bandaged and in a sling ....she has to go to the fracture clinic next week . What are you up to this weekend ?

Thank you I can literally feel my lungs! Very odd indeed. I can breathe just fine though š¤·āāļøš just low on energy.
Iām working tomorrow but then having a night in, yay!!! A gentle walk on Sunday and possibly tea with a friend after, no definite plans yet. How about you?

Awww ....well hopefully a night in is what you need ....recharge your batteries and your immune system I have to pop to town tomorrow and I think my daughter might be coming over Sunday .
Absolutely Iām drinking lemon & ginger, taking turmeric & echinacea, eating garlic, bathing in black pepper & tea tree... I should bounce back rather swiftly

I went to town for a couple of odds and sids ...and ended up walking around for over 90 minutes . But I did end up getting some new sandals and some crop trousers
