I was kinda laughing at the payback until he got a gun out..

he better make sure he locks it up well and good cos kids over there seem to like to shoot people that piss them off and having a  gun around a house with pee'd off people doesn't seem to be a good idea to me..

He's also metaphorically shot himself in the asss too cos you just know he'll fork out for another laptop once he's calmed down a bit..

I grounded mine as punishment, ranged from a week and on occasion I did ground for a month. We adored them all and they wanted for absolutely nothing but if they messed up there were consequences and they faced them. They're adults now and have said they are so glad we were firm with them despite not feeling that way at the time

What a tosser!

The father or the daughter?

The father!

Some, not all, kids need to moan about their parents/terrible life to their friends. I don't see why the daughter isn't allowed to let off steam about them.

Bloody control freak.

Possibly, but it might just have been an empty case. For the purposes of emphasizing a point.

He does appear to work in IT, so he could possibly pick up an empty case no bother.

Wasn't she told not to do it again or there would be consequences?

According to him, she was grounded for three months for something childish that she did on FB, although he couldn't even remember what it was.

We are allowed, as adults, to moan about our kids. I don't see why kids can't do the same, with their friends.

I thought he looked like a farmer.

I got the impression it was more the amount of cursing and swearing.

Did you see their dads, to the side of them, pointing a gun?

Haha Bliz! Did you?

Well, he did say that he worked in IT, but he certainly acts like a frustrated cowboy/gun-slinger.

Zactly.

I agree that kids should be allowed to moan to their friends about their parents, but FB is so...PUBLIC!

Also, I think a lot of it is the sheer lack of respect and any appreciation that he feels. Still, I think he should have waited 48-72 hours before filming that video.

I'd have printed it off, secretly, to show her in later years, when she'd gone through that stage!

It's hard to say, without knowing what Hannah is really like, but it sounded, to me, like she does do her chores, but obviously doesn't have a brilliant relationship with her parents and wanted to let off steam to her friends. Most kids go through stages like that, but end up fine in the end.
