yes my son won't be coming after all ( he was coming as a surprise ) and not for Easter only seen him one weekend since NYE and then he was staying with friends for one night

no no way - not much for a kitchen tbh - can get a half decent one for less but its the extras - flooring lighting ceilings electrics etc that cost the money
that wood cladding is awful

the house is very well built though and lovely overall but not for me
