Yep, my paper caddy that goes in the recycling bin has often 'gone missing' I've had to phone council a few times

your council should replace it Ros
yes E mailed them today but guess what they fund area by area with money for them from the Welsh assembly so there may not be one!!!! - scarily it is kept down the side of the house near the back garden so walked right into our property

You need a lock on it but it's shocking that that has to be done in this day and age

You need a lock on it but it's shocking that that has to be done in this day and age
we have gates both sides but we don't lock them such a faff if we did but tbh we shouldn't have to - sign of the times
