I'm paranoid as I forgot once and they rang me and berated me on the phone  then charged me oodles of interest so I usually have a reminder set up to pay - I did do a DD with them but they kept taking the money and sometimes two lots when they liked so I cancelled it

It's infuriating when they muck things up.

Mr Yogi set up a DD for his because the company kept resetting his account to internet billing instead of sending out a statement. So he would be waiting for a bill which never arrived. Since he set up the DD, everything has been fine, touch wood!

There are not allowed entry to my house.
