2 episodes to go for this series, tomorrow and the following Tuesday. They do clash with another series which you may want to see as well, BBC Two have a third series of "Remarkable Places to Eat", there may be just 2 episodes as there were for the second series. As then, a chef takes Fred Sirieix to experience restaurants they love. The two chefs are well known to you. Tomorrow it's Nadiya Hussain taking Fred to Yorkshire. The following Tuesday it's Chris Bavin taking Fred to the New Forest.
So you'll need to decide which to record and which to watch live, or watch RPTE live and Bake Off live on Four+1.

Bumping for tonight

Tonight's four are  documentary-maker, presenter and one-time Strictly Come Dancing champion Stacey Dooley; Little Mix’s Jade Thirlwall, internet personality KSI and comedian Katherine Ryan.

The three challenges are cocktail-flavoured fondant fancies, a pastry based technical, and in the showstopper are asked to create a scene showing something they cannot live without - all from biscuit and meringue.

In Sunday's celebrity "Beat the Chasers" one of those celebrities was Katherine Ryan. I don't think it's an exaggeration when I say that she was the worst person ever to be in that programme with a staggering lack of knowledge. In the first part where she attempted to build up the cash by answering 5 questions where there is a choice of 3 answers she failed at the 2nd question. The question was which pastry is used for eclairs. I think she opted for shortcrust rather than choux. Doesn't bode well for tonight
