Aw I'm really shocked to log on and hear this sad news, brisket was always really good crack! Thanks for the laughs & smiles you gave everyone brisket, I'm certain the forum will never ever forget you *lights candle* Let's all honour him by being good to each other and keeping up with his generosity of spirit

Just came onto the forum late tonight, and like everyone-else I'm shocked.

Don't know what to say other than give a  for Brisket and a  for all other FMs.

 

Oh, and well done to Stonks for digging out that photo: I remember the reaction when it was first posted too...

I have a large climbing red rose tree  against my back fence.I planted it ten years ago and it's now in full bloom...for Brisket,,God speed.

Extremely sad to hear the news, remember brisket being around for quite a while and seemed very friendly. Condolences to briskets family and friends.

I haven't been here for quite some time now. The last time I popped in was to reply to the lovely brisket who was asking after me. I cannot begin to express how sad I am to have heard this news on FB. He was a genuinely lovely man, probably one of the nicest people I never met. My sincere condolences to his family and anyone who was priveleged enough to know him in RL.

 

Rest in Peace brisket. You will twinkle forever in my mind.

I'd like to add my condolences to Brisket's RL family and friends.

He was such a sweet-natured and gentle soul - a true old-school gent.  I truly hope he didn't suffer, and may he rest in peace.

No worries, Baz. That's the point of memorializing. We'll find a way to keep him here.

A truly nice bloke from way back when........ It was a different world then and many things changed but not Brisket.  What it said on the tin was what you got.
