Afternoon all.

A bright and chilly day.

Velvet, I’ve never been to the Isle of Wight so, I look forward to our boat trip

Moonie, I’m glad you managed to avoid getting drenched.

El, I hope you manage to get the last of the work done quickly.

Summer, I put my tree up this morning. I’ll put the lights on tonight and the children can decorate it tomorrow. You might remember that the children know that youngest son still has to put on his (childhood) Santa ornament on my tree, well today, we bought them their own special snowmen ornaments to put on Granny and Grandad’s tree.

Squiggle, I hope you haven’t had to venture out in the rain.

Have a good day, all.

Morning Velvet

I admit that I've read very little of P G Wodehouse's writings as its humour didn't work for me. Although I saw the original TV series of Wooster and Jeeves (Ian Carmichael & Dennis Price) when I was young and also the more recent series with Fry and Laurie, I wouldn't watch them again. Humour is so personal that what works for one person falls flat for another.

A photograph taken at Frampton on Severn of 3 rainbows seen at the same time.

I don't think that's a triple rainbow though. As mentioned in the article, they don't form concentric circles. Numbering them from left to right using the bottom of the photograph, I think rainbow 1 is a mirror image of rainbow 3 (those do make concentric circles and 1 is paler and in the opposite colour order compared to 3) so that's a double rainbow. Rainbow 2 is a separate rainbow.
