El, you were right about that episode of Miss Marple. I didn't particularly enjoy it and the character of Miss Marple was obviously a late and superfluous addition to the original story. Rather disappointing.

Good morning everyone, awfully windy here as it is most places I think.  I am glad you managed to get back online again Yogi.  I think moonie is right about the colour and movement fascinating PB, it's such fun seeing these things afresh through the excited eyes of a child.

 

Thanks for the warning EL, and for coming on so late especially to warn us.  I have recorded the Miss Marple episode and I shall know to prepare for a very dark one.

 

Glad to see you in the Buddies again Ros, what a shame you had to miss out on all the fun of the MM.

 

Venturing out soon with my eldest grandson to the dentist.  The NHS one was rubbish and he needs so much work done now he is with a private one, I have to tag along because he is unemployed so needs granma's chequebook.

 

I hope you manage to dodge the showers and don't get blown away

Moonie, it's cheered up here now with some blue sky amidst the clouds . Still windy but not as strong as it was. So hopefully the weather will improve in your area.

You have blue sky, El?!  Been a while since I've seen blue sky up here. 

Back safely, he had to have root canal, so it was a bit pricey, but the dentist wants him back again on Friday for an hour appointment and he is not charging us, so I know he is being fair with us.  It just goes to show how different dentists can let you down, we thought he was being treated well at the NHS dentist and his teeth were being neglected.

 

We have blue sky now and again but in between heavy showers.

 

I wonder whether it will work out like that EL, well spotted

Some years ago the top 5 in the Premiership league at around Christmas were Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United, Everton, then Liverpool but by January the 6th the order had changed.

 

Yogi, it's only bits of blue sky, but some is better than none.

Bits of blue sky is definitely better than none.

The wind had died down and the rain had stopped. So I decided to go out. Its a bit nippy but I managed to get back all in one piece I looks like the wind is about to pick up again

lol I meant grub as in food, not a wiggly worm type thing. Mind you, I'm sure the owl would have found a grub very tasty.
