Good morning everyone it's a lot cooler this morning and was comfortable to sleep. I'm reading The Shell Seekers again after a gap of over 25 years. Amazingly I hardly remember a word of it which means I can enjoy it all over again.

Re "friendly numbers", any number which isn't a "friendly number" is called a "solitatary number" as it belongs to a "singleton club"
A few years ago a computer adventure game called Everybody's Gone to the Rapture was released. It's not a game I've ever played or will ever play as it has a PEGI rating of 16 for "strong" language. The only reason for mentioning it is that the soundtrack by Jessica Curry is exceptional and got a BAFTA award for best music.

I didnât get back here last night because a friend had a car accident as I got back from the car boot! Nothing too serious, but enough to shake up said friend.. cue helping hands and listening ears, itâs good to be supportive. That meant it left tonight to catch up on things I didnât get done yesterday. The sun came out today and I finally got to cut my jungle lawn this evening too

Summer, that would have shaken your friend and your support would have helped her. A few weeks ago, when I had a narrow escape from a careless driver, I rang my brother to talk with him so that I could calm down.

It's a rainy day here, The top covering of the pavement by my Virgin Media cable was done late morning without mishap The workmen have yet to do the pavement from my drive to the corner of the road and I assume they'll do that tomorrow. Somehow I doubt if the residents of my world will be holding a farewell party for the workers
