So I walked 1 mile to the main road where I was able to catch a bus immediately. The bus was the qucker one which goes down the bypasss to Cheltenham. Bus timetable shows 12 minutes from where I got on to where I got off. Then I walked to the garage which is a 2 mile walk. Total time taken from leaving the house to getting to the garage 55 minutes. So that's 3 miles in 43 minutes or 4.186 mph. Not bad for someone of my age.

My iPad problems seem to be resolved now fankoo, touch wood *taps head*
I donât know if it happened to before the patch Apple put or after as I was in at the time Bazzy said herâs was okay. I would go with Bazzy
As far as I saw when it was updating, none of the updates seemed anything to do with our problems. I think it was *Bazzy magic* that solved it myself
Have a great day everyone
Hi everyone.
Squiggle, I had to trawl round two shopping centres but I got what I was looking for. Now, I just have to find my wedding outfit;
Moonie, I'm glad Baz's magic worked.

Yogi, my mum used to take my sister with her when she shopped. She would go into numerous shops and then come back to the first one and buy from it

Good morning everyone.
It was raining earlier but the sun has popped through for the moment.
El, good luck with your MOT, I hope you pass.
I have carefully packaged up an outfit to return by post - only to realise I haven't included the return slip. At least I noticed before I posted it.
Have a good day, everyone.
Yogi, thanks, I hope I pass too
Talking of return slips, a US couple have been done for stealing goods from Amazon worth $1.2 million. They had set up lots of fake accounts, buying popular tech gadgets, claiming that they were damaged in the post, getting replacements sent to them, and passing them on to someone to sell on, They are each facing a fine up to $500.000 and possibily 20 years in prision.

The company which runs Legoland theme parks is interested in acquiring some of Seaworld's assets. Before anyone blows up with rage, the company has made it clear that it will not have whales or dolphins in its parks as it believes that they should be in the wild. Seaworld was savaged as a result of Blackfish, the documentary of the treatment of killer whales at Seaworld Orlando.

Given to Cardiff Foodbank:
a tin of Heinz Kidney Soup which is reckoned as originally bought in 1971. It's shown with the price still on it as 10d so pre-decimalisation which was on 15 February 1971. And you won't see it on shop shelves as Heinz discontinued that soup over 35 years ago.

My guess is that someone was doing a house clearance of an elderly relative who had died and came across that soup tin hidden away, didn't want it themselves so, without thinking, gave it to their foodbank.
