Morning Buddies

El, glad you and your brother have had a good weekend together. Cake and Christmas puds is well, different for mid February but hey, brilliant

Hi Yogi

Pleased you are feeling better now

Hope you manage a 'family free day' but I know secretly you will be hoping for a PB visit

Velvet, you say you will be around 'just after two'...two what? Pints maybe?

squiggle and Sweet, have a super day

It's blowing a gale here but dry for now

Have a good day peeps

It was actually two arrests and an attempted murder.

Hope the sun is shining in Brum. Pity about yesterday

Hahaha! Just an attempted joke Velvet

nah, you ain't the killing type, steps back one pace

If it turns out it was a Baggies fan that threw the coin, as seems likely from what I have seen and heard, then that person should be prosecuted and banned for life from every ground in the country. A thorough disgrace

Its a crying shame for all the proper fans who follow the Baggies away time after time and cause no trouble

Nuff said, I think

Good afternoon a cloudy start here but now the sun is breaking through. We've had a lovely walk, I've cleaned my walking boots and cooked fish & chips!

I hope you're all having a lovely weekend.

Those Christmas puddings sound delicious

Hi Sweet

Glad you and Bramble have enjoyed your walk

Hope you washed your hands after cleaning your boots and  before you started cooking fish and chips

*nicks a chip*

Enjoy your meal

Moonie

Just dropped my brother off at the railway station after a good weekend. His next visit should be over the Easter weekend.

Squiggle, I hope your unpredicted rain has gone. It's been cloudy here but no rain. Rain is forecast for tomorrow morning though.

Summer, I'm glad you had a good walk and a fish and chips meal is good

The so-called "fan" will almost certainly be banned for life by the Baggies as they've said they will impose "the severest of sanctions". The police are also investigation the coin throwing as an assault on the player.

Hi Moonie.

You could definitely become a double act.

You would think they could find an easier way to change duvet covers by now.

It is, there's always one bit of the quilt that folds over or curls up and won't straighten out.

Another thing, when you wash duvet covers and pillowcases. How do the pillowcases nearly always end up inside the duvet cover?

Even when you do up the poppers/buttons on the duvet cover, that can happen.

They can melt with a roller iron. We have an ironing sewing room.

And I fly first class

Melt?! How hot is your iron?

It's an old Kenwood wound up to ten

A seventies ten. Which makes it twelve nowadays.

Have either of you been watching the BBC2 programme, Back In Time For The Weekend? There have been some real blasts from the past on it.

I didn't realise they were related. They're not my favourite people either.

His sis is the comfortable Victoria Coren - wife of David Mitchell. Allround bloomin nightmare.

I thought you were referring to his co-presenter. I googled and I hadn't realised that Giles was related to Victoria and Alan.
