My mum's took herself off to bed, she's tired out bless her

I better not, or youngest son might get his GF (mental health nurse) to see about getting me committed.

She has had a lot going on the past few days, so an early night is a good idea.

Are you watching that sport relief, hungry documentary programme?

No, we wouldn't want that!

No, I'm not watching anything charity related atm. I've been accosted several times recently by charity chuggers trying to get me to sign up. They can be so pushy and persistent, they get on my wick. Then last night I had two persistent young people from Save The Children at my front door at 8.40pm, who tried to tell me they were not Cold Callers because they don't get commission. (I have a Council approved No Cold Callers notice). My definition of a cold caller is someone who turns up uninvited at my door.

Apologies, I went on a rant.

It was an interesting documentary that made me like a chap from that Chelsea programme, he was great!

Do you mean Made In Chelsea? I've never watched the programme but Ollie Locke was in CBB this year. Was it him?

Yes that's the one! No it wasn't him, it was a blonde chap. He spent a week living with a hard up father of two who was going hungry to make sure his son's got what they needed.
He couldn't bare to see him struggle so went out to find food banks & soup kitchens. One wasn't a suitable place for kids to be, but he found another and learned that the volunteers get a free meal. So he helped the man get a voluntary job there- he could help others and feed himself while the kids were at school, therefore teaching him that if he looks after himself better, he'll be stronger for the kids.
I admired him for being proactive

Good morning everyone, again our weather is mirroring yours EL, still it's nice to see some blue sky again.

Isn't it typical, I have just eaten my breakfast cereal and a bit of a tooth has broken off, just after I've been to the dentist and been given 10 out of 10   Oh well I will phone the surgery on Monday morning.

Have a great day everyone

Great smiley. Good to see you, Moonie, and I hope your migraine has gone now.

Squiggle, I hope the broken tooth doesn't give you any bother over the weekend.

Weather is wild up here. Very wet and windy.

Good result for Cheltenham Town this afternoon beating the bottom club Torquay 1-0. They have gone from 14th to 11th in League 2 as every team below them which was playing today either lost or drew. Cheltenham are now on 47 points. Just to show how close the teams are, the team in 23rd place are on 38 points so that's 13 teams within 9 points of each other.
