Slim, little to mention about film on the Talking Pictures tv channel during the coming week. On Thursday at 22.05 there's "A Month of Sundays" (1989) which is an American TV movie which was called "Age Old Friends" there. Drama with some humour about life in a retirement home. Starred Hume Cronyn and as his friend Vincent Gardenia whose memory is getting worse. Also in the cast is Tandy Cronyn, daughter of Hume and his wife Jessica Tandy.
It was written by Bob Larbey who was best known for his series "The Good Life", "A Fine Romance", "Ever Decreasing Circles" and "As Time Goes By".

Thankyou El

That sounds like something worth watching...having been written by such a good writer....I enjoyed watching all four of those series, especially 'The Good Life'

Slim, I didn't mention to you that the Talking Picture tv channel is showing "Doctor in the House" (1954) on Thursday morning, the first and best of that series as I assume that you've seen it before. Besides Dirk Bogarde and James Robertson Justice, it's also has Kenneth More.

Okay Thanks El
Yes I have seen it...many years ago
