My old Home EC teacher told us to hold our wrists under cold running water to cool our hands before making pastry.

Of course a pie has to have a bottom and top

I think pie is pastry all round

My mum used to make a great ham and egg pie, I prefer to make the sweet ones

I make a huge steak pie for the clan at New Year but I used to make apple pies and rhubarb ones.
