ive seen your name over there

Its just another low active forum like the ones that were thrown around when C4 closed.

Most of the other places had about 4 people on line at any one time, no action, no conversation, making a post and maybe you got a reply about 4 hours later.

At least with Live Cloud we can all move over as one and make the forum work

Surely it`s defeating the issue to move to another forum, all that`s going to happen here is that the look of the forum will change and if you move to another you are only going to another forum that will look different but with different members. I`m still trying to find my feet on livecloud but I`m sure it will be easier once the whole forum has been re-homed there.

Not really, people ave already said they will give LiveCloud a go, but, if for any reason things happen on LiveCloud, then surely it is always a good option to have somewhere else to post.

I am a member of DS and am able to post both on there and on here, suppose I spend too much time on the forums anyway, but thats another story, it means that if I don't want to, I don't have to spend all my time on LiveCloud.

Also a lot of people are not happy with the structure of the forums at least this alternative offers people a chance to use a forum system that they are used to and are comfortable with, it may well be people will enjoy the LiveCloud system when it moves, but it doesn't seem as userfriendly as this one and is diifcult to navigate.

I hope people will stay, but I have just given myself another option, another choice, while having this one as well, nothing really wrong with that is there?

That's how I feel. I'm still going to try Live Cloud when they move over there, but it's nice to know that there is somewhere else to go too.

I don't understand why so many people want to 'cut off their nose to spite their face', just because it's going to be a bit different to what we've known so far. Are you really prepared to throw away your affinity with this community because the way of doing SOME things is changing a bit?

It's not just the change in how the new place looks although that is bad enough, it's because some of it doesn't work! I am yet to find the one and only post I made on there in the support forum beause the page my post landed on will not show up. Quite a few pages in the threads dodn't show up for me. Also settings in my profile page won't stay set the way I set them!

It's a mess and they have had plenty of time to sort all this out but it still doesn't work properly for some of us.
