First episode is 90 minutes long and it looks as if the second one is as well. Channel 4 did the same last year with the first 3 episodes that long, then 75 minutes.

Would appear that Freya the 'vegan' contestant has deleted her face book page due to being criticised for announcing that she is an ethical vegan, and yet she rides horses with several rosettes/trophies under her belt. <<< a big NO NO to a true vegan.

It's cake week.
The signature challenge is to produce 12 mini rolls.
The technical challenge is a nostalgic teatime classic.
The showstopper challenge is to create cakes which defy the laws of physics. For instance a cake which when pushed off a table rises to the ceiling or a cake which is in several different places at the same time (my suggestions, nothing that I've read )
