We've been doing stronger poses the last few weeks, which I've been enjoying as they feel more challenging so it feels good when you can do them I've always quite liked shoulder stands (I'm including pics for anyone who doesn't know and wants a visual )

and whatever this is called

I do like triangle and inverse triangle too

and we did reverse warrior for the first time the other week which was interesting, I'm not great at back bends, so they can hurt after a while but it's good to work on them!

I'm not a massive fan of sun salutations, but we do seem to keep working on them and I have noticed I move through it much smoother now, more control I'm not good at anything that involves balance, I give very wobbly tree

One of the instructors said recently that downward dog is constantly a work in progress trying to get it right, and I see what she means, you feel like one thing is going right, but something else isn't or you could do it properly last week but not this week! I'm still having trouble getting my right heel down after a knee injury, but it's getting closer - little by little!
