CBS have announced their fall (what we call autumn) lineup in the last few days.

Besides the continuing CSI series there's a new one called CSI: Cyber. This is about a "cyberpsychologist" crime solver. What makes this very interesting is the actress who will play her. It's Patricia Arquette who used to be the lead in "Medium".

There's also another NCIS spin-off, this time New Orleans. The lead is Scott Bakula (Quantum Leap and Star Trek: Enterprise).

Whether these new shows will get shown on Channel 5 in due course is unknown but they are worth looking out for.

Lori, series 14 of CSI which includes that episode with Patricia Arquette is due to start on Channel 5 in the UK in the near future so I have yet to see it.

She was great in Medium and it may be that in CSI: Cyber her character may turn out to be more likeable than in the CSI episode. There are 2 user reviews of that episode on IMBD. One of them thought it was dreadful (2 stars), and the other thought it was the best ever episode (10 stars)

Lori, I agree that the CSI original is the best of them though I like NCIS (again the original series, not the spin off) more than CSI. In the UK on Channel 5 we are coming to the end of series 10 so you are two years ahead of us. It's because of the strength of the team in NCIS and it's rare to have such continuity of main cast over 12 years with 4 of them from day 1 to the present.
