I am sick and tired of that gormless idiot's stupid face.  He loves doing what he presumably thinks as his "Churchillian" address to the nation but most of us know he hasn't a clue what he's doing and just loves the limelight.

So deluded with his "we're all in this together" nonsense. He acts like it's WW2 all over again

An inept approach has left the Police floundering and people confused. And his backing of Cummings has done no end of harm to public co-operation. Gove is just as deluded.

I was listening to Ken Clarke last night, and he was going on about Churchill and how this is the country's biggest financial crisis since the end of WW2. It was then pointed out to him that it was Labour who dealt with that particular crisis: replacing Churchill and bringing in the Welfare State...

Imagine what tier we will all be in once all the caged students are allowed to travel back home on public transport. And when we are all in tier three because of this the ptb will say it’s because of Christmas.

I just wish someone would realise that taking hundreds of thousands of young people away from their homes and plonking them with hundreds of thousands of other young people will encourage them to behave like, well ...like young people. Why they didn’t send them home at the beginning of this latest lockdown totally confuses me. Whatever has been gained in the last four weeks will be trashed as soon as they are uncaged. And we; normal, law abiding, handwashing, social distancing people will get the blame.

I’m a tad cross!!!

I couldn’t agree more Rexi ......and I’ll go even further and say there was no need for  uni students to go back in the first place , cos with a few exceptions , most courses could easily be taught remotely!

Absolutely spot on Baz. Anyone with any sense will tell them that all courses will be taught remotely from January.

Which obviously means that it will not happen!

When Scotland announced it's tiers no area went into the top tier but an awful lot of areas went into the second top tier. After the first review my area went into the top tier and after the second review we remained in the top tier. As with Baz and Kaytee it makes little difference to me as I have effectively been in lockdown since February. Don't see me emerging for a few months yet!
