This site loads up on my IPad and my laptop, but for the last few days I haven't been able to access it on my IPhone.

I get a page of text only, which is a sign in page and allows me to sign in to the site. Then I can access a list of forums, but I can't get any of them to open up. When I try to open them, I get taken back to the page where I signed in.

I can access all other sites I use on my Iphone, only this one has a problem.

Help please.

Hmmmm.

That's very odd. First of all, we've made no changes that would impact the performance. Also, it's weird that you would get taken back to a login page when you don't need to log in to read, only to post.

Have you tried closing and restarting Safari since you had that issue?

Also, I'm wondering if clearing the cache on Safari will help. If you don't know how to do it, here's how to get there: Open up the Settings app and find Safari in the left-hand list, and then scroll down the right side until you find the “Clear History and Website Data” button.

Let me know if either of those suggestions work for you.

I've tried closing and restarting Safari, switching the phone off and on again and I've cleared the cache, but nothing helped.

Yesterday it was playing up all day but it was working for a short while in the evening, and then today it was back to square one.

I tried going onto Digital Spy to see if the problem was with forums in general, but that is working fine.

I can't find that scenario (iPhone 4, 7.1.2) to test, unfortunately, so I don't know if it's something on your phone or something specific to that scenario. It's weird that it happens some times and not others, so it's not even consistent.

I CAN tell you that we're getting closer to our Responsive Design project, which will improve the mobile experience, hopefully also for you!

That's okay, thanks for trying, Lori.

In iphone/ipad:

  1. Select the Settings application/icon on the iPhone home screen.
  2. Select Safari on the following screen.
  3. Select Advanced, located near the bottom of the following screen.
  4. Move the JavaScript toggle to the left to enable (opposite way to disable)
