Good morning Darnies

A sunny start to the day here but heavy rain expected by lunchtime

Afternoon Darnies The rain arrived a little while ago ….not much so far , but, according to the forecast , there is  more to come over the next couple of days . So with that in mind , I did over 4K this morning ….although I seem to be having trouble with my ankle ….not the one I broke , the other one . I didn’t have a good night , but I find my walks kick me into gear , so I’ve hoovered , dusted, washed , and ironed  and I LOVE my new cordless iron . I’ve spent the last hour or so watching the Olympics .I hope you are all having a good day too.

Afternoon Darnies Rained all morning , but the sun is out now ….all of which is good for the new piece of lawn they laid  yesterday .I had another rough night , so I’ve not done a lot today . I antibac’d my M&S delivery , washed , ironed and cleaned my kitchen and bathroom . Aside from that , I had some nice pork steaks for lunch , and I’m now watching some of the Olympics . I hope you are all having a good day .

We won a gold in the women’s modern pentathlon too 😮😮😮👏👏👏

The men’s relay just missed out on a gold by a fraction of a second …..but we got silver 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
