Afternoon Darnies Another lovely sunny day here , but looks like it’s the calm before a very big storm on Sunday I HATE high winds I’ve not done a lot today , just the usual housework and washing ...and spent a fruitless 10 minutes trying to capture Sammy so I could brush her ...for a slightly overweight moggie she can’t half shift when she wants to!Anyway , I hope you are having a good day ,whatever you’re doing

Afternoon Darnies Calm before the storm here ...literallyWind is getting up already hereMy daughter has been over today and taken me for my M&S shop . She will be working next weekend , so it’s going to have to last  Apart from that I’ve done a load of washing and not much else Hope you are all having a good Saturday

It’s blowing the proverbial gale here and chucking it down here but not to bad so far 

I had to go out and put my three wheelie bins upright. Hardly surprising

Afternoon Darnies What a 24 hours  I hope you are all ok . I have come out of it relatively unscathed ....except for losing two of the slats on the pergola But in the grand scheme of things I can’t complain ....I’m just glad the winds dropped now ....although it’s going to be gusty for the next couple of days ....and even snow is forecast  Anyway , I’ve been to the spa and had a lava shell massage , and an Indian head massage , so right now I’m feeling no pain

no working the next five day then I have a whole weekend off

Awww yes  Yes , you usually get it worse than us , but not this time ....and it’s going to be very windy ,..and snowy ...for next few days

yeah still enjoying the job...last couple of weeks I've been getting the 30 hours a week that I wanted so hopefully it stays like that  snow predicted here too this week

the pain in my neck is back again  not as bad as the first time so hopefully it'll go away soon

Oh noooo .....have you had it checked out ?But glad you are settling in to the job 

i read up about a pain in the neck says if it doesn't go away after a few weeks go to the doctor...apart from that says just keep on moving

Yes , you have to be careful ....I’ve got two dodgy discs in my neck .....and I have to be careful cos not only can they be painful , but they can also make me very dizzy if I move the wrong way . If I turn over in bed I have to lift  up and move the whole of my body , rather than just turn my head , cos otherwise it’s like I’m drunk !

that's exactly how i move in bed but i always used to have to move like that anyway with the arthritis pains...it's just down one side so i think I've strained the muscles and hasn't completely recovered yet

am off baz don't think being on the laptop helps stay safe in that weather nite nite sleep well sweet dreams
