hot water bottle is the only thing keeping me alive at the minute

had to get a new kettle  old one was leaking..so went shopping on Thursday and got all my Christmas shopping done too...then darts at night we lost  was in so much pain after all that...could barely walk on my heels was really weird but was ok by the morning so I could do my charity shop stint

hot water bottle helps me get to sleep...I can be in bed with 2 quilts, hot water bottle and still be cold

Yes, it is Well if it happens again perhaps get it checked out ....or at least look it up on line 

I looked it up online  must be because I was on my feet for so long shopping...see shopping is bad for you

Good Sunday morning peeps it’s a sunny one here and the little bit of snow that we had, has melted already  

baz I definitely sleep better with a hot water bottle next to me  

Afternoon Darnies Hope you’re all having a nice Sunday . I’ve been out for an hour or two with my daughter, her partner and his son  ....mailed the final Xmas gifts ...bit of food shopping ...and I treated them to a bite of lunch ....so a better Sunday than most
