I just caught a bit of the One Show, a sofa full of guests who were one by one asked if they were going to watch the wedding. Things were going great for the BBC suckup presenters until they got to Jon Richardson and Jo Brand, who both said no. Desperately trying to suckup to the Royals the presenters pushed on to try and talk them round, except Jo Brand came out with "the royals have had all emotion washed out of them" amongst other comments.   Brilliant. I love when the best laid plans fall flat on their face.

I've just seen an advert for JML's Star Bra - OMG! that is a nifty piece of engineering.

Just don't use it to The Oscars or a acting cast

One of my friends said she would not feel safe wearing one with the size of her boobs.

Yeah they're no good if you're on the larger side in that area. There's a funny review on YouTube of a lady trying it out on JJ 😂

Found this little bugger on me daisies (Red lily beetle)

As Monty Don said they should be 'dispatched' immediately I popped it in an envelope and posted it to Gardeners World without delay

This possibly does deserve a thread of its own, but what the heck:

I was rummaging through my loose change prior to buying lunch this morning, and noticed something odd: one of my 10p coins was "unmilled" (the edge was smooth, rather than ridged). On looking closer, I also realised that the coin was slightly "off-centre" - the outer ridge on the "face" side was wider at some points than others.

My immediate reaction was that it was counterfeit, but I'm well aware from my old stamp collecting days that misprints happen, and that they are collectable. I therefore went online, and found - amongst similar pages - this:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Roy...y-Rare-/292330872659

I suppose the moral is: keep 'em peeled!

I was just watching a programme about making wicker baskets for hot air balloons.

The commentator made the following comment...a jet maybe quicker but it’s not made of wicker...which really tickled me

So Serena Williams have been fine $17,000 for her disgraceful ‘meltdown’ in the final of the US Open Tennis Final.

Well that’s hardly going to make a dent in the $1,800,000 runner up cheque she has pocketed or the $86,000,000 she has won in her career, is it?
